- 1 cup pure honey
- 1 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern and place it in a roasting pan, fat side up.
- In a bowl, combine honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, ground cloves, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
- Brush half of the glaze over the ham; reserve the remaining glaze for later.
- Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours.
- Remove foil, brush on remaining glaze, increase temperature to 400°F (200°C), and bake uncovered for an additional 20-30 minutes until caramelized.
