Description

S’more Bars are a delightful twist on the classic campfire treat, combining layers of graham cracker crust, rich chocolate, and gooey marshmallows into a convenient bar form. Perfect for any gathering or cozy night in, these bars deliver nostalgia with every bite. Easy to make and even easier to enjoy, they are sure to become a favorite indulgence that brings everyone together.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, flour, and baking powder until crumbly. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Sprinkle half of the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows over the crust.
  4. Layer with remaining graham mixture, pressing down gently. Top with remaining chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
